Script Requests

Quick guide to finding your lost eScript

A Halaxy form will open.
Fill out the form.
Submit the form.
Your request will be checked.
If approved, you will receive an invoice (bill).
Pay the invoice.
After payment, your script will be completed.

If we are on leave, please see your GP to see if they are comfortable providing you with an interim script. Click for leave dates.

Doctors are only able to provide scripts for patients who are attending review appointments and for whom this is clinically appropriate.

Scripts requested outside of consultations require a script writing fee, due to the amount of time and effort needed which includes a chart review and active consideration and planning regarding the request.

The fee between appointments is $80 due to the work needed to review the chart, issue the script and update your files.

Once paid, we will send you interim medication to last until your next booked appointment.

Please note that this may take up to 5 business days. The work days are full of clinic patients and we need to make time to do the above work.

Dr Richardson strongly recommends early notification if patients require scripts. If she is on leave, please attend your referring GP who may be able to provide an interim script.

Medication Shortages

We appreciate that the current situation is very difficult for patients and families.
