We understand that extreme weather can be stressful, and your safety is our top priority. We will continue to provide updates here over the coming days regarding any changes to our services.

As of now, all appointments are proceeding as scheduled. However, we completely understand that attending—whether in person or online—may not be possible or appropriate if conditions become unsafe or overwhelming. Please take care of yourself and your loved ones first.

To support our community during this time, we will not be charging any cancellation or non-attendance fees related to the cyclone. Deposits may be refunded if needed or can be used for your rescheduled appointment in the following weeks.

Telehealth services may be available depending on conditions, but there is no expectation for you to proceed with an appointment if it is not practical or safe.

We are here to support you—please stay safe, and we will share any further updates as needed.
